Collector cannot find edition in his wallet (or hidden)

No. I see the mint and it shows on etherscan, but the wont appear in (his) wallet on opensea or in hidden folder…

opensea.io moble i assume based on screen shot provided to me.
What wallet are you using?
unsure. Open seas was also not listing him as a “holder” yet etherscan confirmed he holds the asset. Potentially user or ui error?

Hi - So a collector has mentioned that they didn’t see the token in their wallet? This might be a helpful resource, the first thing you want to do is verify that it’s been sent on chain. Etherscan will be a better source of truth and that way you can figure out if it’s an issue specific to a platform.
