Image of the item isn't visible on marketplaces

Hello,

I just created a new Open Edition using Manifold Studio. The mint page is: The Three Graces | Manifold

I got two mints already, but when I checked on OpenSea or Magic Eden the image isn’t showing up. I’ve tried to refresh the metadata on OS during these latest 35 minutes, but still nothing. On OS the name and description of the image are correct, just the image isn’t showing up, while on ME I can’t even see the item. I’ve asked a minter to check their wallet (Coinbase) and the item doesn’t appear there neither.

The token that’s not loading is #2 on the collection (#1 is visible, it was an open edition made in June).

What can I do?

May I ask you if I can reach out to Magic Eden support myself to get it visible there as well? Or it’s something you have to do?
