Thanks for reaching out - Where are you seeing this media error? Can you take a screenshot or provide the link? Have you minted it and it’s not displaying on the published page? Or are you having issues minting.

heres the drop: Fifi Rong - A Quiet Place | Manifold

I’ve been trying to change the files, both audio and cover art. The audio works fine, but the problem is when I try to load the cover art. I’ve tried different resolutions, but none of them load. I haven’t tried minting a copy yet.

been trying replacing the Thumbnail image but don’t let me upload (i tried png and jpeg), wav file okay

Ok got it - Did you edit this after the token was minted? Was it working before and then stop displaying after an edit? Or was it like this upon publish?

Everything was working fine. I changed the drop date and everything was still fine. But for some reason, after a few days, when I accessed the Mint page to share, the files wouldn’t load

Got it - We’re looking into it. Was able to recreate the issue.

Problem is fixed. Now you can update your thumbnail. Please let us know if we can assist further.

still can’t upload the thumbnail in manifold studio, but the minting page now works, i refreshed that and is all good

Can you record a video why you can’t upload the thumbnail? Do you see “Remove” button next to thumbnail?
