I’m trying to list my works on Manifold marketplace and keep getting the EthAppNftNotSupported error during the final approval stage.
I’m using Chrome, Metamask extension, Ledger Nano S hardware wallet.
What’s the solution to this?

Hello this is typically an issue with the hardware wallet itself sadly.
My suggestions are two fold before contacting Ledger themselves:
- Try resetting it / plugging it into a different port
- Try updating the firmware on it using the Ledger Live application on MacOS/Windows
If neither of those work, I’d contact their support line for assistance. Perhaps the device can be replaced for free.
Thank you. Looks like it is due to the Ledger being too old to do these types of procedures. Time for an upgrade.
