Hi! Can you provide a bit more information about the video file? What format is it in? What size is it?

hi, thnx for responding. its standard mp4 format, 500mb, 8min

I tried again now and it worked. still no idea what happened…hope it doesn’t happen again, super stressful when there are deadlines.
