Vanity Link Not Showing Up

I deployed a contract about a week ago, and my vanity URL still isn’t showing up properly. Instead of displaying the intended name or readable string, it just appears as unrelated characters.

I’ve double-checked the contract and everything looks correct on my end. The vanity name is the name of the NFT. It is supposed to be a custom identifier, but it has not updated.

Is there something I might be missing? Does this usually take longer to show up?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks so much.

Thanks for reaching out - Can you send us the Etherscan link to the contract you’re talking about? Can help take a look.

Hi, sure! I turned off the mint as I was worried ppl would mint with the wrong link details. The title of the piece and the link is YRRRR PAD so the link should be c/yrrrrr-pad. I have been deploying several of these this year with no issue. thanks for your help!

Hey, I have the same issue, and it seems it can’t be changed from my side. Is it possible to update it to just Messhup?

How the link shows up (manifold.xyz/@messhup-6367d0f9)

Hi - You’re referring to this specific link? YRRRRR PAD | Manifold

We’ve recently made the update so created instances can be connected to your profile link and the custom urls have been sunset. https://x.com/manifoldxyz/status/1936188667589959818

Hi Lyndo, I was referring to the creator permalink. When I try to go to manifold.xyz/@messhup it gives me an (404 with Pepe) error.

When I click to my profile it shows this link manifold.xyz/@messhup-6367d0f9 instead of just @messhup. I just want to get rid of the extra numbers on my name.

Am I missing something? Maybe I need to make an extra step I’m not aware of.
