When selecting a token to list I saw it still shows this unlike my other Listings on Shades of Blue.
Howdy! Fixing this today thanks for the report. Rest assured your token/mint is fine, this is simply due to some downstream effects of “arweave.net” having some issues the past week or so. We are actively decentralizing our approach and making sure we resolve those to the best gateway for your machine individually.

Please go to a 1-of-1 instance of the token, open “More Options” , and then trigger “Refresh Metadata.”
