Outdated metadata fetch when creating a listing (preview)

  • Wallet addy is jaen.eth
  • When I create a listing on Manifold, my piece previews an old thumbnail from previous metadata, although that has been updated since. I tried to update the data through my profile, to no avail.
    Piece is token 1 of 0x11a2be25601c260472ddb46e1f4222b8350ca1da
  • Using Metamask on Brave and Chrome on Win10.

hey Jæn,

thank you for the report. you should be able to list your piece (very cool btw) and have it displayed properly despite the thumbnail on the summary page being from an old metadata.

thanks to your report, we have added the feature to refresh the token metadata if it looks outdated when selecting the token. please try that out and re-select the token (on step 3 of the listings app), and let us know if that has resolved your issue!

Alas, refreshing metadata worked great, but listings can’t display onchain art :sweat_smile:
