My artwork is created with the .glb file type (3D Models). Originally, my models were showing fine on my mint pages, but now, only the image designed for thumbnails is appearing. Is it possible to change the viewer back to showing 3D Models?
Big thank you for this report. Fix is going out as we speak! Your page will look perfecto in about 5-10 minutes. Appreciate the patience.
We were trying to show an “optimized” version of the 3D model which is silly because you can’t do that with 3D models, hence why it was falling back to just the preview image. Apologies!
I actually had a few more requests regarding 3D model displays while I have you if that’s ok…
On Manifold, 3D models show as extremely “zoomed in” to the point where it actually cuts off part of the model. You can see that in the Kintsugi Blue model above and it is even more apparent in other models like this one: (Manifold) /c/ac-the-tao-is-like-a-well-01 I was hoping the default view could be zoomed out a bit so the whole model is in view.
Also, there is an option on glb viewers called autorotate, which I believe is preferred by most 3D artists. I was hoping this could be set to the default on manifold. For example, this is how the kintsugi blue model views with autorotate:

Again thank you for the quick response, not sure if these requests should be a new ticket or now. Appreciate it!
