I participated in this auction
Placed the bid, i saw the timer going to zero, it said auction ended. So I won.
40 secs before auction ended, some guy overbidded me, the bid didnt show up neither the timer restarted for 10 minutes.
The auction was won by him? like WTF ? I got trolled here by a failing system?
How are we going to solve this @Manifold ???

So it looks like just the UX was the issue here. The on-chain auction went as expected, you bid at 08:07, that person bid in the 10 minute window at 08:16 and extended it to go until 08:26. The finalization of the auction was not done until 08:33 about 7-8 minutes after the auction officially closed.
Apologies on that. May I ask, did you refresh the page between 08:15 and 08:26 or did you stay on it? My guess is we have an interval/timer bug causing the state to not auto update at a set interval. If so that’s an easy fix we’ll fix.

What your saying didnt happen on my screen.
I placed the bid, timer went to 0 and it said the auction had ended with me as winner, see first screenshot.
1 minute later I refreshed and the website showed that other bid as winner. see 2nd screenshot. it cleary says “auction ended” in both screenshots.

This didnt happen on screen. The auction just ended after my bid, i didnt see a new bid coming in and a new timer didnt start.
First I stayed on the page, i also refreshed sometimes hoping for a new timer. Nope, auction just shut down when I saw it going to 0 and declared the other guy as winner.
End of story, I lost the nft due to system failure, how will I get it back?
