Base Burn Redeem Errors from multiple users

Hey team - Ive had a few people now say they cannot burn 2 editions on base for their burn redeem i have set up.

Any ideas why this is happening?

The wallet address having issues with the redeem is:

They hold the required amount of tokens for the burn.
