Base claim page not creating transaction frame in farcaster

perhaps there is a delay on the farcaster side for indexing? created this claim page today and the url is not converting to frame in cast.

it has not been posted previous to the 9am pst transaction frame release timing, so should not be a cached url. any thoughts?
