Base onchain mint not loading artwork in full on manifold

Hi, I minted an onchain gif to the base network and contract created on manifold. The gif artwork is assembled from 11 pieces (11 minted fragments) and tied together. It views ok and in full on Opensea but, on manifold gallery it only loads 1 of the 11 pieces. I would love to create a gallery page where people could collect these artworks direct via my website to manifold but, can not do this at the moment due to the loading issue. I would be very grateful if you could help. Here is the artwork on manifold lucclop - Hard Interrupt | Manifold and OnChainChecker OnChainChecker

Adding that the tools utilised for the onchain and fragmenting the mints into smaller chunks was efficax in case that’s helpful. efficax nicely interacts with manifold contracts so I really hope this loading issue can be fixed so I can go on to building a larger collection in this way. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you

Might be a silly question but, can I just burn it, delete the contract or anything to get it removed.
I know it sounds silly because on-chain but, its base network so maybe things are different to mainnet.
If there is not a way to get it displaying better I’d rather just start again with mainnet.
Would prefer not to loose an artwork I poured a lot into.

It seems reasonable to try. Let us know if you run into any problems and we can help you once you’re further along.

thank you for getting back to me. unfortunately it wouldn’t burn. Tried both 0x00000 and 0x0dEaD. Wouldn’t get past the ‘cant estimate gas’ warning on 0x00000 and 0x0dEaD just failed each time. TX wouldn’t progress. I guess I will just need to put this one down as a failed experiment for try to forget.

If you don’t own those pieces or have access to the wallets which do, you will not be able to burn them.

I thought I would own all pieces as I minted on a personal manifold contract. But, it certainly does look like something went wrong in the process. Not only can I not send to burn. I cant transfer to another wallet (another wallet I have) either. Is there a choice to delete / burn the manifold contract or is that not an option? Even if that didn’t completely remove the artwork it would at least allow me to use the series title and continue the series with other artworks.

Sorry, I misread your original message as wanting to burn the token, not the contract. Don’t try to burn the contract, it won’t have the effect of “deleting” the token.

We’ll look into the original issue of your token now display correctly and get back to you.

Hi - this issue is resolved and your token appears to be rendering correctly now: lucclop - Hard Interrupt | Manifold

In the future, if you’re seeing this issue, you will need to manually trigger “Refresh Token” from your inventory page, which you can access here: Manifold Studio
