Hey! I just published 2 burn redeem pages and the collectors who have redeemed a piece don’t see it appear in their wallet. When I click the OS link to check it out, I get a 404 error message.
Is this a systemic issue affecting other people ?
Do you have a link to the transaction? Is it only not appearing on OS? Typically OS takes longer to ingest. Do you see it on the other platforms?
Yeah it’s visible on other platforms and the mint has been live for almost an hour now. First time I’ve seen this happen with OS.
Sounds like everything worked out it’s just Opensea ingesting the token slowly. If it’s still not appearing I’d reccomend reaching out to their support!
