Burn Redeem Issue "wrong network"

Just initiated a new burn/redeem and unable to burn, getting “wrong network” error. 1 has been minted and is indeed in the right collection on the right network so not sure what the issue is. Im using chrome and metamask. Attaching a screenshot of the dev inspect tab:

gm! Thanks for reaching out - Can you provide the link of the burn/redeem campaign?

Hi Guido,

Sorry for your issue. This error happens if your metamask is not connected on the right network. Could you try disconnecting your wallet completely on metamask and connect it again, and make sure that is it on the mainnet ethereum network please?

Hello, no thats not the issue unfortunately. Its connected to ethereum mainnet. I switched over to incognito and it workd perfectly. Others have messaged me and are having different errors as well, for example telling them that they dont own the pieces needed for the burn when in fact they do (ive verified)

I see, have you tried clearing local storage?

I checked and your campaign was configured correctly. Our indexer occasionally runs behind, which can cause temporary lags in eligibility checking. Usually, these resolve themselves after a while.

this is all I see when I follow your instructions above, doesnt look like there is anything to clear?

happening to many others as well:

hmm I can’t seem to reproduce the error you are seeing. When you said you are using metamask, do you mean the browser extension metamask or wallet connect metamask?

so I used the browser extension and it didnt work, then I tried walletconnect on my mobile and it worked. I then switched my browser to incognito mode and it worked as well. This is a message from the same guy above, maybe its helpful for you guys to pinpoint the issue:

Appreciate the screenshots - Do you have any other wallets installed as well on your browser?

Yes I do, a few others

Which wallets? I’m suspecting that the wallet it thinks it’s connected to isnt’ the one that’s actually responding/connecting to the network switch. Have you tried temporarily disabling the other wallets other than the one you’re using/testing with?

Wallet interoperability is a bit messy as they each handle the handoff of ‘who’ should be connected a bit differently.

MM, PHANTOM, TRON. Those are the main ones, but I have always had those wallets installed and never encountered this particular issue

I’m also getting “wrong network”

Thanks for reaching out - Are you using Phantom wallet or something similar as well?
