Burning a token listed on Foundation does not remove token from contract?

Hi
I burned an image that was listed on Foundation, but it is still showing in my contract on Manifold Studio, as well as on Opensea… I need to remove it before the contract gets listed on SR - but when I try to use the steps described in your FAQ, it says “unable to estimate gas” and lists a gas price of 0.5E !!!
Can this be right?

Or is it an error bc the token was burnt firstly on Foundation?

Can you provide a link to your contract on etherscan, and which token you need to burn? I will take a look

Thank you so much Jack - this is the link to the contract - i need to burn token #1

Ok, thank you!

First, it looks like this is primarily an issue with data inside manifold studio, not on the blockchain itself. According to the chain, your token is burned - you can use the “Read Contract” screen in your etherscan link, and you can also see it was transferred to the null address on OpenSea: https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x97eb3c1958fe0ace7db97d55d26fb5d1a789b8c9/1

I can’t help you with SR specifically but they should consider the token burned based on this.

I will follow up about why the token still shows up in studio despite being burned…

Thank you so much for looking into this Jack! Yes, I did notice it said trasferred to null address…
I’ll follow up with SR if anything looks odd.

And let me know if you find out about why it still shows in studio :pray:t3:

Very grateful for your help

Ok, talked to the team. Apparently we are continuing to show the token in studio even after it’s burned. We will correct this soon, thanks for bringing to our attention.
