Can I update the URL of an open edition claim page that hasn't gone live yet?

I messed up! I created a claim page and published it, but meant to edit the URL to a specific one (so that collectors later can use my QR code to get there.

Can this be updated manually afterward? If it’s not possible for me, is it possible for someone at Manifold Support to do this?

The current (ugly) URL is:

I wanted it to be:

Hi,
We no longer support app.manifold.xyz. We are moving everything to manifold.xyz/{your-workspace-identifier}/id/{claim-page-id}.

Thanks! That’s unfortunate, but I understand.

Is there any way to change our workspace identifier? Mine is 100% ugly (at least, this workspace in question), and I never got a say in it to begin with.

You can edit this in your workspace settings in Studio! (It will change the URLS of your existing pages to the new URL)

OK, I found where I can rename my workspace, but it doesn’t seem to update existing claim page. Is it only for future claim page creations?

Which workspace name did you change? It looks like there are two:

I changed the old one to “walasavagephoto” (this is the one that the claim page is under).

The claim page still says “sw-walasavagephotoeth”.

(FYI, the first one “Steve Walasavage” doesn’t seem to let me change its name. Just says “Error updating workspace name”… Maybe because it’s old?)

Hi, I see that this claim page belong to walasavagephoto profile and I see that the identifier of thisprofile is still sw-walasavagephotoeth. You can check it here Manifold Studio, under Profile URL.

Ahh, OK now I get it. I only changed the workspace name but not the URL at first. Now it reflects properly. I can work with this.

Thank you!
