Can see the transaction but the ETH itself has no arrived to wallet

Hi there,

I have auction going on the Manifold marketplace of a batch mint. Got message from other partner that the split is not showing in the wallet after transaction. I can see Internal transfer has happened but they say the ETH is not showing on wallet, could you help me with this?
