can we change the smart contracts type after creat and mint token?

on the top right of this page!gm - Can you provide more information? Has the contract been deployed to mainnet? Is this just on testnet?
Contracts deployed to mainnet cannot be changed. The nature of the blockchain is that the contract is permanent. If it’s still on goerli testnet, you can change the contract type but will have to recreate any test tokens as this will create an entirely new contract.
