Can't connect wallet on mint page

I’m trying to mint this - FLAMMA VICTORIOSA | Manifold

It first kept trying to connect to temple wallet instead of metamask. Then i removed temple and then it still wouldn’t connect to metamask. Then I tried rainbow wallet and couldn’t connect to there, just nothing happened. idk i will try later too, but i really want this piece ;.;

Hmm - Thanks for reaching out. Do you have a browers profile with just the MM? I just tried connecting and it seemed fine for me.

Which browser are you seeing? Are you seeing any kind of error message?

I have this exactly same issue, and this is not the first time this happens it also has happened on other sites too. Using Brave.
When ever try connect to Manifold profile with MetaMask, Temple wallet launches up and can’t login, this same issue happened with NiftyGateway when it was still up.

Found the issue, can you please fix it:
Metamaks only open when clicking trough connect other wallet. Apparently connectwallet option have linked wrong link to main page layer when trying open MetaMask, it direct you to Temple wallet or other first option wallet.

Hi @empresstrash and @jennipasanen — thanks again for the report,

We identified the issue. A third-party wallet extension was overriding the standard browser wallet interface (window.ethereum), which caused our “Connect Wallet” button to route to the wrong wallet instead of MetaMask.

We’ve updated our wallet detection to use EIP-6963 — a newer multi-wallet discovery standard that lets each wallet properly identify itself rather than competing for a single shared interface. This means MetaMask (and any other wallet you have installed) will now be correctly detected and selectable.

The fix is live. Please give it another try and let us know if you experience any further issues!
