Can't sell NFT on 2nd marketplace

Hello fam,
I try to use manifold to mint our collection and it all good
Once my collector want to sell his NFT he can’t list on any marketplace.(Detail in Pic below)
I try to find the solution with myself and i think i have a problem with Royalty
So how can li fixed it?

This is an OpenSea error. There aren’t any restrictions that we enforce. You can disable royalty enforcement (if you set it up) by following these instructions:
