Any chance you could reach out to the collector and ask how they’re connecting to the claim? For example, what wallet, if mobile or desktop.
Another question: is this collector using their own custom provider (like infura) with their wallet?
gm, yes she said she tried to mint it on desktop and when she tried again with mobile it works. Other collectors have no problem though :_) thanks for looking into it
