Claim Page error when minting on Mobile

Hello community,

I have a collector trying to mint one of my editions on manifold claim page and he’s having this error. I set up the mobile mint option with infura and everything seems to be exactly has the tutorial.

Any thoughts of what can be causing this?

Thanks for letting us know - Can you include the link to the claim page? Do you have a link of the transaction where this happened?

The transaction was attempt by one of my collectors
