Claim page for allowlist of 1000 wallets for free and paid public minting at the same time

HI all,

So my question is, is there anyways to a claim page setup with the CSV as a free but have the any wallet paid running at the same time? Essentially I want an Open Edition 24 hour mint with and allowlist of 1000 wallets that can mint for free but want them to be able to mint at the same time public wallets are minting paid. Is this possible or a different way to do this other than using a claim page?

Basically you won’t be able to have these mechanics run at the same time, the claim will need to be edited to have a period of time where it’s open and a period of time while it’s closed.
