I have a token listed on Manifold Gallery, a collector is saying that when they try to place a bid it’s showing a message: “transaction confirming” and it doesn’t allow them to bid. On my end, everything seems to be good. Any idea what this can be?
Do you have a record of the transaction? What kind of device are they using? Do you have a link to the gallery page? As much info as we can get would be helpful.

Collector tried different bid amounts like 0.21 and 0.22, and it didn’t go through.
Any insight on what the problem can be would be appreciated.
Oh, and the collector used an ipad and a computer for the transaction, both failed.
