I minted two “Static Trace” NFTs (#36 and #38) via Manifold at the Christies Art+Tech Summit 2025 on July 17th at 5:49pm. I received two emails with identical instructions:

“We’ll mint your NFT in 48 hours to a wallet we’ve created for you linked to this email. No crypto setup needed. You’ll receive a followup email to view it soon.”

It is now July 20th at 2:55pm and I have not received any email from Manifold on instructions.

When should I be expecting instructions to take self-custody of these two NFTs.

Hello, different claimooor here for edition #37. I entered my email address connecting my gmail account without entering a wallet address in a rush. I received the “Congrats” and the “It’s official” email just now but when I click through “View my Vault” in the email, it logs me into another account I had associated with that email address. Not sure if there’s a way for me to access that wallet that was created by logging into manifold. Any help would be great!

I think the main issue I have is, it now seems I have 3 manifold accounts linking to the same email address but not sure how to access the wallet that was created when minting the piece. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Sorry for the issue you are having. Could you try logging out of you account in https://manifold.xyz/vault and sign in with the email you used to reserve the mint please?

I am seeing 0x2b4b34b845b9548b5f5649eba2167f415e7d4358 which is my farcaster wallet. The piece in question is in this wallet 0x80f5097bfa2c18ea848cbcbdf2a6a9201534ce6e

hmm that is a different account than the email you used to claim with.
Could you try log out by clicking on the disconnect icon here

And log in with a different email? Make sure you log in with the email you used to reserve the mint.

i’m almost sure all 3 accounts link to the same email. this recent claim it connected via google account which may have created another account but the emails should be identical.

Not sure if you fixed something on your end but it was there after logging in this morning. Can mark resolved thank you, could emails be case sensitive perhaps?
