Contract Missing on Manifold

Hey all! Haven’t used Manifold for about a year and I see some nice changes.

Today, I’m trying to make a gallery listing and mint a new item and also make that a gallery listing.
However, the contract impacted isn’t showing on my accounts.

Contract: https://etherscan.io/address/0xc1e7265c3c05ce43c3f681914448f1594780c487
Both wallets 0xc4Baf9b4Ce2AE850a7e1fF2A0B796242d0bE405d tigerbob.eth and 0x57Aa377b489Bd2efd1B84182298D3CE5E2075C49 gossamerrozen.eth should have access.

Not sure if this is intentional but only one contract will show on the “Contracts” section on my profile. Additionally, clicking on that contract will take me to a blank screen and hitting back on the browser takes me out of Manifold and empties the tab.

I can see all the contracts I have access to when I try to select an item to make a gallery listing for. From what I am reading, this might be a workspace issue?

Let me know if you need screen caps.

gm! Welcome back, If I’m understanding correctly, this is indeed a workspace issue, we’ve got an article here that can help - Add a new account to your Workspace | Manifold Help Center.

Basically each wallet will need to be tied to a studio account and one wallet will invite the other to that specific workspace to publish.

So the problem is that I have no clue what is tied to the workspace for the Bestiary contract. This was made before we had any email addresses tied to accounts. I added my email addresses to my wallets yesterday for the first time. Is there a way you can check this for me?

Looking here, I see the following addresses as administrators:
https://etherscan.io/address/0xc1e7265c3c05ce43c3f681914448f1594780c487#readProxyContract

When you connect with those wallets, it should prompt you to create an account/add email to an account.

You’re asking me to see if emails have been properly connected?

Hi Lyndo,

So the wallets 405d and 5C49 are on Manifold with email addresses. The contract is not showing on Manifold for these wallets.

Ok cool - Were those accounts invited to the workspace? Those accounts will need to accept and verify and then you’ll see them popup in a workspace they can ll access

Hi Lyndo,

I’ve added the accounts to the workspace, but the contract I am talking about is still not appearing on either profile. Please see attached.

Got it - Actually we might have an easier approach, we have recently added this feature in your Current Profile settings that will allow you to add other addresses to access that workspace.

Hi Lyndo,

So all the addresses are already added but the contract is still not showing. That’s my issue. Should I try importing the contract? It was made in Manifold and that’s why I’m confused.

Once you have invited the addresses, it should look something like this - And on that page you will see the emails/accounts that have access. Right now I only see on your end the contract owner as having access.

Hi Lyndo,

I added both addresses to each account. That didn’t add the Bestiary contract (0xc1E7265C3C05cE43C3f681914448f1594780C487) so I imported it. The collection appears here, but it’s not showing as a Manifold contract and it’s not allowing me to add an item as a gallery listing or mint to it.

Actually, I noticed that the Mrammou contract (0xD77acC3B22bC056ED9BBA21d4a9135E90EDc2593) is ALSO not showing as a Manifold contract. Both of these were made in 2022 WITH manifold so I’m not understanding why they are not showing as editable through Manifold. This is a huge problem for continuity on these projects.

Lastly, Let’s take a look at eligibility for listing tokens. For the Bestiary contract, tigerbob profile (405d) owns this token but it says I’m unable to list it: https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0xc1e7265c3c05ce43c3f681914448f1594780c487/5 It’s also not showing in the Token collection on the profile.
Another example is the Tigerbob Playing Cards. This contract was made with OpenSea so it’s not a Manifold contract. However, I own 20 cards on the tigerbob profile (405d) which show in my token list and those are eligible to be listed, either.

What’s more weird is that tokens from the Bestiary contract I previously listed ARE showing on my profile. But the Bestiary contract is NOT showing as an eligible Manifold contract. I imported it as a custom contract (it should have been here to begin with)

So there’s a lot of weird stuff going on with my profiles and I’m not sure what to make of this.

Screenshot 1: tigerbob profile with both emails added

Screenshot 2: grelysian profile with both emails added

Screenshot 3: Bestiary contract imported on grelysian profile. This was a Manifold contract made in 2022 so it should be showing up as a Manifold contract

Screenshot 4: Mrammou contract showing on the profile, but it’s not showing as a Manifold contract. This was a Manifold contract made in 2022

Screenshot 5: Trying to make a gallery listing on Bestiary contract (made with Manifold and previously listed) but showing no eligible tokens. (Note: The current eligible token is held by the tigerbob profile (405d), so I can probably transfer it to the 5c49. i have not tested this yet, but either way I feel like if profiles are linked it should be eligible)

Screenshot 6: Trying to mint a 1/1 to an eligible contract on grelysian profile. As listed above there are 3 contracts: Mrammou, Bestiary, and Tigerbob Burn Redeem. Mrammou and Bestiary are ERC721 contracts made on Manifold, since it’s a 1/1 no contracts are eligible to mint a 1/1

Screenshot 7 & 8: Tigerbob & grelysian profiles showing tokens from Bestiary contract that were previously listed with Manifold.

Screenshot 9: Showing Tigerbob profile and Tigerbob Playing Cards contract. Trying to list owned tokens, but none eligible.

Screenshot 10: Showing Tigerbob profile and tokens held, showing tokens held by the Tigerbob profile (405d) for Tigerbob Playing Cards - so they should be able to be listed

Update to the last post: Was able to check the Tigerbob Playing Cards and see if I can list from 405d and it appears I’m allowed to do so, when I’m logged in from that address. This doesn’t fix the Bestiary & Mrammou contract issues

Got it - Thx for the screenshots, I believe I see what’s going on. So the contract owner needs to be the one that invites the other wallets - In this case the wallet that ends with …88160 is the owner of the contract: https://etherscan.io/address/0xc1e7265c3c05ce43c3f681914448f1594780c487

I think adding the workspaces here will help unblock you.
