Contract still showing as Goerly after deployment on ETH even after 1 week

I accidentally deployed my contract. I think it’s accidentally because I didn’t approve transaction but it was created.
Transaction stuck and then it viewed as sucsessful. Technically my contract exist and deployed on ETH mainnet but it’s still showing as goerly even after one week. And still saying that it wasn’t deployed so I need to do this. Maybe I did something wrong?

What should I do? Deploy it again? Thanks in advance.

  1. Did you speed up the deployment?
  2. Did you close or refresh the page before the transaction was confirmed?
  3. Did something else happen (a page crash, etc)?
