Hi there,

I’m curious about how to handle the copyright of our artwork in the NFT space.

Do artists register their artworks on any platform to retain copyright before minting and listing?

May we sign our works visually?

May we add to the token description this sentence: “Copyright © 202X by ARTIST”?

Any advice on how to proceed will be appreciated—many thanks.

I think as long as you mint the contract and the art was made by you the copyright is automatic, id take a look at other similar projects to yours and dig into their terms and conditions, see how they’ve done it.
