Hello team,
I’ve recently created claim pages and claim codes for my edition artworks, on BASE.
Sadly they are not working the way they should be.
The claim codes have never been used. But when my collector tried to use the codes, an error message popped up, saying they had already been used.
And later, the claim pages didn’t show up.
