Dialogue Box saying 'DEPLOY CONTRACT AND ADD MINT EXTENSION'

I am trying to mint on my existing 721 contact, I got this dialogue box in the new Manifold studio and it confused me a bit and I was nervous to approve it.

Why is it asking me to ‘deploy contract’ and ‘add extension’ I’m not sure I want more things added to my contract? also shouldn’t I already been the admin? Been using this contract for a few years now so this was slightly alarming when I was going to mint and just wanted to check.

Adding this as well. That want to understand what I’m signing if this isn’t a signature to mint. Also have an older 2021 pre-proxy contract and curious if that’s some issue here?
