Do I need to mint a test token on Goerli first before I can use the claim page for that contract?

I see I need to deploy my contract to Mainnet before I can add tokens on the claim page app.
Now the normal workflow would be to first mint tokens and this is what studio is asking for.
But can I ignore that message in Studio, or will I always see the blinking of mint a token to Goerli after??

How can I ignore Goerly test and deploy contract on Main net. When I press back after editing my contract all is lost!?
