Dynamic NFT - changing image doesn't seem to work

Hi friends,

I’ve created a claim page for my collectors with several pieces.

they’re now collected but I wanted to give my collectors a small “plus” and I’ve changed the token to a high res signed image.
I can see this new image on my claim page but when I check people who claimed it on Foundation they still have an old version.

I was thinking that the dynamic NFT allows to change the token but now I’m confused.

Could someone assist me with that? Thank you!

gm! Thanks for reaching out - Foundation requires a manual refresh, you’ll need to reach out to their support team to do this!
