Dynamic NFT with Manifold

I want to create a dynamic NFT that changes 3 times a day for 8 hours based on the holder’s timezone. I have 3 MP4s prepared for each of these periods, is there a way how I can easily do this using Manifold?

If it was not possible to do it based on the holder’s timezone, is it at least possible to base it on one timezone?
