I’ve created an ERC721 burn to redeem page, it appears to be created successfully however when going to the link it does not load an multiple devices.

You should be able to go back inside the Studio App, head to the 5th and final step of the Editor for that Burn Redem, and hit Update to fix your BR.
The collector side app will take somewhere from 1-10mins to show the update.
