Execution reverted. Please reach out to the collection owner to troubleshoot

Hey all, I searched the forum and have spent about three days going back and forth with Opensea support with no luck.

I have an issue where my community can’t buy one of our tokens. There seem to be items that are stuck and return the error: “Execution reverted. Please reach out to the collection owner to troubleshoot.”.

All other tokens and listings on Opensea are working fine. But this error is blocking purchases and locking the floor price.

The contract is here: https://etherscan.io/address/0xe76ace6c00384015fd30a26edf0e8e161f75b2e7

The token stuck on OS is here: https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0xe76ace6c00384015fd30a26edf0e8e161f75b2e7/2
We have 13 (x2) listings at 0.004 ETH stuck.

Opensea’s last response was:

This error can occur while using certain functionality on OpenSea and is due to an issue with the collection’s smart contract. The reasons why a smart contract may produce this error include:
An NFT is locked by the contract (usually due to staked NFTs)
The contract does not explicitly follow (or predates) the ERC-721/ERC-1155 standard

I realize this may not be the news you were hoping for and can understand if you are disappointed. Please don’t hesitate to reach back out if I can be of any further assistance - I’m always happy to help.

We are not using any staking functionality AFAIK and we are just using the default proxy contract by Manifold. I will need to wait another day for the next correspondence from OS, no doubt.

…Is there a way to delist these or purchase them? I just need to unblock them, as we have had over 50 people contact us saying they can’t buy them.

Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to our attention - Looking into it

It might have something to do with the 0 royalties change OpenSea made a few days back, as the stuck listings happened simultaneously.
