Get stuck at uploading csv for reveal

I’m uploading a csv file for the reveal, the file has 8000 lines of data and images. after I click publish, it shows the upload media to arweave process, until now It show uploading for more than 24 hours already.
I have no idea what to do next, I refresh, and it redirect to the same uploading process.

The image file I fill in the csv is a link of a IPFS pinata image link. please let me know if the link is not work for uploading media to arweave or it is ok. How can we fix it?

taking a look! thanks for the report. are you able to provide the CSV to me or is it not something you can post publicly? you should be able to privately message it to me if so.

Are they https://smtc.mypinata.cloud links? They’re serving very slowly and we are still processing them.

Well, your upload hung because you have some bad ipfs files. Here’s one:

The whole file does not appear to be pinned (missing chunks)

I see, how can I fix it, can I manually reupload only the files that have issue?

You could pin or upload a fixed file and use that in an updated csv for that token. Not sure if there are other broken ones so you’ll want to double check.

okay nice! So, for now I only need to wait? Because upload process window still popping up, and I can’t sign transaction to the next step.
