Getting an error trying to update the image on a new claim

this is the contract that i am attempting to get the metadata to update with the new image on the claim page Official Fake RizzleFest Ticket | Manifold

yes is this helpful? the file is a jpeg that seems to have been switched on the backend, but still shows the wrong one on the claim page

bump hoping to get an solution to this before the drop takes place

hey rizzle, looking into this. it seems there may have been an issue updating the metadata as there currently is no token minted. sorry for the delay and looking to get it resolved asap

i hope this didnt mess anything up but i just updated the claim so that the drop begins tomorrow because i started to get nervous that this wouldnt be resolved in time. really really appreciate your help :raised_hands:

hey rizzle, i have an update!

we have found the issues and are pushing out a fix shortly. your claim instance should be updated with the new metadata.

in the meanwhile, please do not try to update the claim while the fixes are being released, otherwise you may end up in the same state as before (with an outdated metadata). i’ll post another message when the fixes are in and you can update your claim.

as promised, the issue should be fixed. you should be able to update your claim now if you need to!
