gm i want to edit or cancel my listing on market place - shape network but it dosent work.
i get this error everytime, and on listing page it says that the auction is ended? how ? :))
and why there is no option for editing listing? i wish you make it easier for listing , like a batch listing option it took lots of time to list or edit listing for my 6 new artworks. and got so manyy erorr specially on shape network

The problem should be fixed now. Seems like you canceled the listing but our system did not catch that event. Everything should be synced now. Moreover, just FYI, you cannot edit after “Finalized”, “Canceled” a listing
thank you, for your help fam. just one more thing. i still cant re list it! the status said its finalized but there is no option for re listing it or editing the listing.
i wish these things was more simple on manifold. i tried to teach my fren about it but tbh after 3 years of using manifold its still sometime confusing for my self
any idea how can i list that piece again? i try to look around but i didnt find any option for it
Thank you for this valuable feedback. We are working on it. The only solution that we supported to re-list now is:
Go to studio home screen
In each instance, click “three dot” icon, and then click “Duplicate”. This will create a draft instance, that have the same data as what you published. You can change for new price, start, end date and then publish again.
