I’m Serap, a freediver and underwater photographer based in Kaş, Turkey. My work explores the depths of human soul, captured through a single breath underwater. I’ve been fully dedicated to photography for three years and have been part of the blockchain since 2021. In 2022, I started using Manifold and I’ve been hooked ever since

I’m Kevin G, an artist and former cofounder with a diverse background spanning Web2 and Web3. My journey has taken me through engineering, tech sales, footwear design, business development, and art direction. Culminating in a multidisciplinary approach to creation and collaboration.

Hi everyone,
My name is Adam, I’m with Hospiamo, a social enterprise network focused on innovation and worker empowerment in the hotel and tourism industries. I’m a hotel guy stumbing my way into the Web3 world.
I apologize ahead of time for the lengthy intro, I’m excited to be a part of this community and a bit nervous. I tend to overshare when nervous. Oh well. Here it goes…
For decades, I’ve worked alongside front-line hospitality workers, mentors and leaders - people with immense social and human capital who build trust, solve problems, and create experiences. Yet, they lack opportunities for wealth creation and ownership.
My own journey took me from being a warehouse attendant to becoming a hotel owner, operator, investment advisor and asset manager. Along the way, I realized how disconnected the worlds of hotel operations and real estate investment are, and how few people in the field are invited to understand or benefit from ownership. I’ve dedicated myself to bridging that gap and creating platforms to help others achieve what I’ve struggled to provide: meaningful ownership opportunities.
I want to humbly share that I’ve been part of both worlds in my industry - the ‘haves’ and the ‘have-nots.’ Six years ago, I left the ‘haves’ because I realized I was starting to build those walls myself, the same walls that separate financial capital from the incredible human and social capital of front-line workers. Independent entrepreneurs who challenge the status quo threaten those walls, and it hasn’t been an easy road to stay independent and decline “country club” type jobs in the industry - there’s not much of a middle ground.
That is what inspired my journey towards Web3’s potential for this niche in social and human capital in hospitality. I’ve spent the past two years, quietly learning and completing countless online courses about blockchain, NFTs, and DAOs, believing this could finally be the vehicle to create wealth and ownership for my community in the field. After much research and fumbling around and plenty of mistakes, I chose Manifold because it aligns with my mission of independence, ownership, creativity and empowerment.
I’ve only recently started mentioning Web3 on my websites and public profiles because, truthfully, I’m such a rookie in this space. Taking these first steps makes me feel insecure, and I’m gathering the courage to embrace it fully.
I appreciate your patience as I learn to walk this bridge into a new world.
I’m deeply grateful to be here and committed to learning, sharing, and contributing with the same spirit of hospitality that defines the purpose of the people in my circle: giving our love, trust, knowledge and energy without expectation. I’m optimistic about what’s ahead, and I look forward to building something meaningful together.
