I think the issue was insufficient eth which reverted the transaction. There should now be sufficient eth now to complete burn.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but appreciate any help you can offer so I can still secure this piece.

Howdy, if you reload the page, log in with the wallet ya burned with, and then try to redeem it’ll take you to a nice UX where you can finish that redeem off!

We had some issues with our base scanners about an hour ago that should be fixed now. So give it another rip!
