How do I burn an NFT minted with Manifold?

How do I properly burn an NFT minted with Manifold?
I’m relatively new to the NFT world and have only ever burned NFTs on Foundation- where you just click the burn button. I don’t see any similar buttons on Manifold.

I also have NFTs that I thought I burned (i think made with manifold but not totally sure at this point) that are still showing up on Opensea. So I’m a little confused on that too.
