I have a live mint right now, and someone tried to mint, and the transaction failed. Would be great to find out why so I can ask him to try again and recreate steps.

That usually indicate the user didn’t complete the signature on his mobile wallet. Is this issue only happened to one user or are you seeing reports from others as well?
