How to make claim page for pure onchain ETH NFT

I’m trying to mint a simple, fully on-chain ETH NFT. Say it’s only a .jpg or a .mp3 with a thumbnail .jpg.
I know I’ve done this before in the past I thought I used Manifold. Thanks all!
