i updated the claim list with a csv file and hit publish but i keep getting this error please advise

gm! Can you include a link to the claim you’re having an issue with? Has it been published?
if that second part is the case, that would be the cause of the data sync issue. in which case it’s just asking you to republish so that your changes stay indefinitely.
i’d reupload, get your list exactly right, and republish!
