I can't upload in Batch anymore

guys I’am trying to upload in Batch as usual, but this time nothing happens, the pop up window doesn’t show up anymore

what should i do? i tried another browser, i still have the same problem

Can you give us a bit more information and provide screenshots? Where does nothing happen?

After i fill out Artwork Title, Artist Name and Description of he Artwork i hit Confirm and nothing happens, usually after Confirm i would see a pop up window to upload the Artwork
