Summary of the issue:
Manifold is not recognizing the tokens I selected as burn requirements, so holders are unable to start the Burn/Redeem process.
What I’m trying to do:
I created a Burn/Redeem where users need to burn selected tokens from one of my contracts in exchange for receiving a token on Ethereum.
There are three specific tokens selected as eligible burn tokens, and all three are on Base.
The problem is that Manifold does not seem to recognize wallets that currently hold these Base tokens. Even when a wallet contains the required tokens, the Burn/Redeem does not recognize them as eligible and therefore does not allow the burn/redeem process to start.

I’m an artist who’s built several contracts across different wallets, now I want to transfer all the contracts to a new wallet, for example named “MeysvmCreations”
Will this cause any issues in the Burn/Redeem process?
Is there anything specific I should pay attention to when transferring contract ownership to the new wallet?
Hi meysvm - great to hear the burn is fixed and working!
Nothing to worry about on the burn redeem front! Moving your contracts to a new wallet doesn’t impact your live burn/redeems. Your Ethereum contract keeps minting the redeem token the same way it does now; it is not dependent on who owns the contract.
To transfer contracts to a new wallet you will:
transfer ownership via etherscan/basescan (etc)
then, update your Studio workspace address to be associated with the new wallet
and this one is for compromised wallets but you’d take similar steps: Manifold Help Center
So you’d keep your same Studio acct just need to point Studio at the new wallet (after you’ve transferred the contracts).
Also a reminder: the Manifold Studio dashboard will only show contracts that have been deployed using Manifold Studio (we won’t show contracts deployed elsewhere). The Base collection your burn/redeem points at is one of those (for example).
