Is it possible to update metadata on token minted with claim app?

Hi all~
trying to update art metadata from a drop last year done through claim app.
It seem to update in manifold app it self, but not getting updated anywhere else.
appreciate any advice for this

Can you provide more information? Where is the Claim? Where are you updating this information and what happens after you try to update?
