Is there a way how I can know why I did not get royalties from secondary

My art has been sold on secondary market (OS) through basic WETH sale. The dashboard in my Manifold studio does not show me that the sales generated royalties (even though they should’ve). Is it because the seller can reject paying royalties on OS? Is there a way how I can understand why I didn’t get those without asking the seller?

Do you have a specific transaction you’re curious about? It can be a number of things, such as multiple transfers happening at once etc.
