Lost access to emails

In order for our team to investigate a bug/errors, please provide the following:

Blank, no access to my collections or features. I lost access to b–@–w.com cant seem to be able to change to to-----@gmail.com

    Work on a new collection on 0xc721EE4Cb7E6405831FcdD044A7EF78882A1CA7c
    Update/maintain other collections on wallets above

  • What is the actual outcome? Are you seeing any error messages?
    Blank no access to collection or features

gm! Edited your post to remove the emails.

Just want to clarify, I’m not sure I follow. Right now each studio account requires a unique email did you have one previously linked?

I could not figure out how to edit to erase my emails after I did that - thank you Ser!

Before, I used to log in with 0x14076eFC88Ca7D53594500261AdA8185033e6D5B, and all my accounts would come up with associated wallets, and if I wanted to do anything that needed auth. Manifold would ask me to change to ( Ledger) wallets to approve.

Now its all blank - 0x14076eFC88Ca7D53594500261AdA8185033e6D5B and I tested both Ledgers same thing.

I can’t even remember what email had to do with logging into Manifold, but I noticed that an email comes up that I no longer have access to - so I tried to change to Gmail to no avail …

Got it - So you have access to all of the wallets, but you don’t have access to the b* email address any longer? If this is the case, right now for security purposes each address will need an email attached to it.

If i understand correctly, you should be able to log in with your web3 wallet and the update the associated email in the account settings. Let me know if you’re able to do this.

Yes you got it. I tried changing email that is not working as of last night.

Here is where I get stuck. A good example - I am trying to open 0x80176a8F958FC95c3b9aca62854Fa3357C82d79f
and it did not have an email .

I add email and instead of a code to continue I get an email that says Manifold Studio Registration Attempt

I have multiple contracts on Manifold on three wallets, they can all use one email ya?

btw I spent a couple hours and got access back to bully email. I think a better title for my issue would be:

Lost access to contracts. ? Plus it will accept my adding or changing emails.

Sorry i cant seem to edit anything here I’m a cat. To clarify it will not accept my attempts to add or change email on any of my wallets.

gm! Ok! Thanks for the update. When you say it doesn’t let you change the email from the b—@—w.com email, are you getting the modal that asks you to confirm your email with a confirmation code? Or you can’t get to that step?

Starting with 0x14076eFC88Ca7D53594500261AdA8185033e6D5B - today it lets me add email and says it will send me a code but I get an email saying Manifold Studio Registration Attempt. Usually, as I recall, all my data comes up with this login.

Hey hey back at it testing access:

Logged in with code with gmail address and 0x1407 it says

Change the wallet you use to login to your Studio Account. You will be asked to sign a message with your wallet to update the address.This is required before you can use all of Studio’s features.

So I try to add ledger address and the CHANGE LINKED WALLET button will not work.
